Terrible customer service

<p>I am very disappointed at the service I get when I go to Shoprite Chris Hani mall I stood for about 20 minutes to pay lotto while the cashier's were just sitting there and chatting and the was no que as I was the 1st one there and it is the second time it is happening, the first time they didn't give me my change as the where chatting to each other and I left. I work in retail and I know what customer service is I'm very disgusted by their attitude I went to game and I was assisted so quick. I'm very disappointed by the service I I dnt think IL go there again</p>
