Tellers pathetic service

Hi My name is Nonhle. I wish to says I'm really fed up with Shoprite and Checkers tellers/cashiers everywhere in KZN. If you can rather get a new staff. Everywhere we are complaing about cashiers refusing to give us cash back. Previously they would say theres not money, while there is. But now they would cancel the transaction and say cash back does not work. NSFAS students from unisa are even suffering more because that is the only place they can withdraw and they want to give them money. If its management that comes with that, rather cancel the cashback option and give us not that we should never ask for cash back at Shoprite or Checkers and cancel your contract with nsfas so that we won't be bothering you. I mean Shoprite and Checkers are the only supermarkets with this annoying demon. We do not come asking for your monies. let us know if you do not want or change the cashiers with attitude
