Teller no 10 attitude

Yesterday I went to Shoprite at Madadeni section 3 in Newcastle around 17:00. I was helped with the lady tha was in teller 8, I bought 2 bread and 2 cheese puffs and I ask for cash back of R1600.00 she said she doesn't have enough money on her till and she called her supervisor to assist me and check who can assist, I did appreciate her effort. The supervisor ask a lady called Sne Ntombela who was working on teller number 10 if she can assist, her response was I only have R1200 that I can assist with, then I withdraw R400 from teller 8 and I went to teller 10 that when drama started. When I went to her at first she just look at me with an attitude not saying anything,I just ignore that then I ask her if she can help with the cash back, her response was I don't have money then I asked her how can you said you don't have money because your supervisor asked you the you said you have. She said the money that I had I gave it to someone else. I ask her what must I do then, she told me I can do whatever hence she saying she doesn't have money. I went back to her supervisor and told her the story she was so shocked and she took me back to teller 8 for cash back, and she went to Sne ntombela teller 10 to ask what happened? Sne went on and on and she was very rude even her supervisor ask her to keep quite she just loose it. I felt so disrespected and embarrassed because everyone in the shop was looking at this drama. Please can you guys deal with this issue and please take her for customer service cause. She still young she needs to respect elders. Thank you
