Taking my money and dont transact

I sent money through shoprite send using my bank card on the 13th march 2025 and the recipient hasnt received the money yet its 15th march 2025.The money was deducted from my account and when i contacted them at first they said that the transaction was still processing,the second time i contacted them they said that my transaction was canceled but they took my money.Now i luck trust in them and i dont think i will ever use them ever again because they dont even have offices or address.I regret to the maximum why i opted for shoprite send.
