TAKEN FOR FOOLS

My niece went to shop at the store and it happened he forgot his cellphone apple iphone on the till. He realized when he was outside the store that his cellphone was left on the till and he came back but to no avail, the call phone was gone. He informed the manager but no help from her, we the mother and I intervened and we were told to open a case docket. We did open a case docket but now they a playing a delaying tactics they now need a court order for the cctv to be obtained like really. I work at SAPS detectives they obtain cctv footage all the time without any court order. Personally I smell a rat not happy at all we are been taken as fools and crime was committed
