Supervisor's bad behavior

Today 7/11/2022 I went to Shoprite Boksburg Commissioner Street, after standing in the Q for ages I get to the cashier..She don't greet...I ask her why don't you greet...she just kept quiet...her Supervisor Sifiso came to the till next to us...I explain to him that the cashier is rude...he said he will sort it out...still the cashier just sat there...I said to Sifiso I will come back tomorrow to hear what he'd done about the cashier...he said I can do whatever I want...I mean really how rude
