supervisor with a stinking attitude

At Parow Park on the 28/03/18 @ 16:40:44 I paid my groceries and asked for R400 cashback at the tillpoint. When the cashier opended the till there was not enough cash for my R400 cashback. She had to then get a supervisor to bring extra cash which took a long time when she finally arrived back the cashier had to sign for the money, still keeping the customer waiting.

Before she left she tells me its your own fault that you had to wait so long. No customer care at all.

I asked the cashier if this was her supervisor and she said yes. Its so sad that the cashier tries to give excellent customer care but the supervisor has such a stinking attitude.

Change the supervisors in that store as they have no customer care values. Its pathetic to have to deal with someone like this.
