10/10 for customer service. I emailed them about a default in a product I bought & received a call from them on the same day. I explained that I needed to use the product bought at an USave store as I was unable to return it to the store. I unexpectedly received an electronical voucher from them with an apology. Do pleasant to talk to a understanding human instead of a recorded bot. Thank you Shoprite.
