Why are your cashiers so uninterested in their customers?

They seem to be more excited about talking to their colleagues while serving you.

They don't greet or offer any polite remarks. They don't thank you after the purchase. It's like they doing you a favour by attending to you. Their whole demeanour is just poor and doesn't make for a very pleasant shopping experience
