Sucks service and my card charged twice

Unhappy customer , note that I went to Shoprite sky city watervalspruite , the service was sucks , the lady who was helping me by the name of Lerato was rude and unhelpful, she charged my card twice I only noted when I am home checking my bank statement, I went back to the shop I spoke to Betty who refused to refund my card she told me that I must wait I don't know until when , I want my money back as soon as possible
