Submission of receipt for agent

My name is Philile and im shoprite agent 143 for the one in 394 Smith street Durban.

Ive bought stamps for R11 050 for the year 2023.

My issue is that some of my receipt were not signed. I went there and Spoke to Tanya and other managers to show them that i have proof that i purchase the stamps and they refused to take them.

I feel its unfair that i brought R11 050 revenue yet no one is willing to help. I even asked for an email where i can send my receipts myself they refused as well.
