Sub-standard products and service.

I have just bought a box of Black Forest Herbal Tea at Shoprite Kempton Park (8 Central Avenue). The box is supposed to have 20 Tea Bags but it only only had 7, with the wrapper teared off. I do not want a refund or an exchange, I just want to warn buyers at that shop to check what they buy at that place. Last month I bought a rotten mielie meal and returned it.
