Stupid attidute

I went to buy Flash airtime at Shoprite u-save in Albertina Sisulu and Goud St. Everyday I go there to buy and am mostly assisted by Njabulo and the other guy I don't know his name with great customer service bt nevertheless I get there and a cashier named ncebo was the boy attempting to work. He tells me why am I paying with coins because he is about to knock off(time 17:15) and we talking of (14) 5rands coins ; (15) 2 Rand coins and (2) 10 Rand notes. I asked him what does he suggest I do. He tells me he can't accept my coins because they will over flow his counter ,take note this is not the first encounter with this boy's,attitude last week I had a 50 Rand note that was chipped at the corner and he told me he can't accept it because customers won't accept it ,I laughed it off and gave him a different note as I was in a hurry and I knew it's not a dameged note that needs to be exchanged at the bank. So with the coins he tells me the same thing that customers don't like coins ...I ask him?how so because the same coins I have are from my store that customers use to buy , he kept quiet then mubbled without counting my valueless coins he just punched the receipt. I informed the store manager who repremanded the staff member but still insisted that he can't take coins. The lady said I can escalate to their customers service centre. I buy everyday at an average of a 1000 Rand airtime and I can't deal with this boy's lack of knowledge and customer service. It's either this really gets delt with the culprit or I find other stores like PEP or any that has the same product except any shoprite.
