<p>Yesterday 28.12.2016 I returned a hair product in Shoprite Bellivelle that I had bought Shoprite Langa Mall on the 27.12.2016. I was skeptical about returning my product in another branch because I consider Shoprite as one of these ****a shops that you get in the townships that have no good customer service at all. Customer Service in township stores is very bad, be it ****a or Woolworths. A lady by the name of Neliswa Ngonqo from Shoprite Bellville assisted me quickly and speedly without no hassles not to mention smiling all the way. While I was waiting she also mentioned that they have a special on their Cadbury Bubbly Chocholate and she asked one of the other ladies to go and fectch it for me. Neliswa you are exceptional and although I don't normally do my shopping at Shoprite but you kept the flag flying high for the brand. God bless you my dear and my He provide for all your needs this New Year. </p>
