Store opening late and no stock

I get to Shoprite U Save, firstly they open late it looks like they don't know the meaning of punctuality. Secondly, finally open and it turns out they don't have what I'm looking for which is a toothbrush its so irritating because Im actually visiting from Cape Town. One would say what do you expect from a store in a township, but it still affects the reputation of the company for you never know who work into Shoprite doors it might be the president himself.
