Store Manager with so much inaptidute

I went to shoprite to buy Vanilla Mageu after tasting them from a colleague, as they were delicious. When I got to the fridge the price stated 11,99 and to my surprise i was charged 16,99 by the cashier. I then told her of the price i saw. I asked for a manager \SIMON MAZINI"who sent a c***** merchandiser to attend me. THAT WAS VERY HUMILIATING. What does she know about handling complaints let alone deal with shoprite customers when she is just a day visitor from the supplier? Is she part of stores management? <br> I went to the office and he gave me a stinky **** attitude when i confronted him. Also said he is an Area manager when i asked to speak to someone superior. He did not solve my issue. How on earth do you appoint such and indolent and ineptitude person to run such a big store when clearly he has no capabilities of carrying the mandate?<br> Final stroke- I call their sharecall number the lady who picked up was very unwelcoming"
