Store Manager (Steenberg) - BAD Attitude.

I called the store manager, Herman, at Shoprite Steenberg this morning 09h45. I asked the process for collecting boxes, as I am moving house soon. He was sarcastic and spoke down to me like I am stupid. I did not appreciate his attitude. He doesn't know me, but he speaks to me with disrespect. Unacceptable.
