Store manager refused to give my money back

Hi<br> <br> I exchanged a Phillips iron at shoprite seshego on the 31-08-2015 in which the initial purchase date was 15-03-2015 with a 2 year guarantee. the iron broke again and i went to the store to return it. but i was told the the can only take it back to the supplier for repairs. i felt like the branch manager did this to spite me. I am not sure want the guarantee policy is but i told them i can not take back the same product 3 times and they just said to me then we will take it back to the supplier but the supplier comes once a month to the store.
