Store Manager Erika

I have had a number of bad experiences at the Shoprite Mfuleni store. I would then complain to the Manager. Today I would like to commend the store manager Erika for her professional attitude when resolving my complaints personally, and with a ready smile. I certainly forgive any mistake and she will see me again.

In a way, this is the best service I have ever received from any retail outlet.
