Store manager

Hi I recently had an altercation with the manager of this store and this isn't the first time. I find her very rude and not helpful. I lived very close to the centre and now my child goes to the school across the road so I have spent a lot of money there and its my preferred shop by default. I park my car on the road across from the school and when I collect my toddler we often need to get supplies from the shop so I do not get in my car and move it to the parking lots as the entrance is right there so we walk. On my way out of the mall she came up behind me and said: "excuse me, you cannot take my trolly out of the centre" I said:"I have 4 bags of shopping here and a toddler (plus I am 5 months pregnant and alone) and I cannot carry all of this to my car which is right there alone" she then said " well please bring the trolly back or get a car guard to bring it back because they cost me R1500 each. Now that comment ****ed me off. She could very well see that I was not in a position to be carrying allot and now I must put all the shopping in my car and my toddler and then go back into the mall to put the trolly back. She could have just as easily said, let me help you then with your shopping, wow I would have appreciated that and I think that should have come from someone in a managerial position. This is not the first time she has been aggressive and unhelpful towards me and others. To cut another long story short, there was an old lady in the parking lot waiting in her car the once and my son was a baby. she was crying and needed to go to the toilet and couldn't walk. the car guard couldn't help her and I could only stand by her because my child was sleeping in the car. This manager was very unhelpful again in this case. I think she needs to go on a course to learn something about customer car and humanity towards people. Maybe she runs her store well but she is not a good ambassador for the brand. Rant over :)
