store is pathetic with management and all

We purchased a tent (bush baby R12oo) on 13th feb. went camping for the weekend and got to the campsite on friday 16th feb. the tent had no pins in it which could not be used at all. i called the store and was transfered to a Mr Mitchell, he came to the phone and then hung up. the tent was not in use whole weekend and had to pay my brother R700 to bring another tent the following day at it was 6 hours of driving. monday i called the store and spoke with a Mr Moses whichtold me to rather come in store the night. he exchanged the tent and advised us to get back to us with feedback Wednesday. he called on the 21st of feb at about 18h00 and advised that he has spoken to head office and nothing can be done regarding OUR situation. Firstly i was inconvinced with a tent that i could not use and bought for camping secondly we had to pay and amount of R700 for petrol for another tent to be transported to us. thirdly the manner on which management dealt with this situation was PATHETIC AND COLD.
