Stop going to Shoprite!

I was in shoprite East London to buy 3 small items to eat and I ended up in a queue for an hour. I sat down next to the hanged items as I feeling dizzy and one of the staff told me and one other customer that, that is not a sitting spot. So we stood for another while and I ended up just leaving because that was disgusting and terrible customer service.
