Usave shoprite at Mviyo street Moleleki ext1 katlehong, i sent my 11 years old daughter to buy me Coke 2 liter with R200 and she given back R154.60 as change , the slip states change should be R184.60. I then went there to inquire what happend and the till guy, took the slip and gave me R30 back with an attitude no apology nothing. I asked why did he give her change thats shot of R30 he said to me that its a mistake it happens, my understanding is if its a mistake why not call his manager to check if his till cash flow ? To check if its balancing or not, he just gave me the money back knowngly that he took it. My mom is old and often goes to shoprite at sontonga mall katlehong, she complains about change thats shot all the time. She always gets helped security guys there to show her that the change is shot. So shoprite stores cheats children and old ppl of their money , because they are not aware. Its digusting how the slogen is save at shoprite or usave however they employ people that ***** the little we have that we try to save.
