Stinking Customer Service (Good left at the counter)

I brought grocery on the 21-07-2018 at 19:47, Seshego Mandela Drive. When I get home I took out the grocery from my car boot, that’s when I noticed that certain product missing. I immediately phoned the shop and was told that they did not receive any message of parcel left at the counter so I have to come back tomorrow they will check the footage. To my surprise when I get there they were not helpful, I was told that nothing is showing on the footage because their cameras are rotating and therefore there is nothing they can assist with. The attitude was stinking and there was not willingness to assist. I wasted my airtime and again I have to waste my petrol going there for nothing while on top of that I lost product which just varnished from their till counter. This means that customer good are not safe. There is no customer service at all.
