Stinking attitude from a teller Tsholofelo

What a way to start a morning. I went to collect a R40 cash back at Shoprite sky city Mall. A teller said she doesn't have change. A lovely lady Roseline(Not sure about the spelling) made means of getting the change. The teller attended to other customers without giving me my request. She then made a remark of "go borega esale goseng" in my presence. She attended me after 3 customers with a stinking attitude. After giving me the money she didn't make me sign for the receipt, which is protocol and said "tsamaya agona taba". Her attitude stinks and she must remember why she's there. This is one reason we'd go far to get excellent customer service. Thanks to Roseline who apologized for the delay. Please make sure she sees how awesome she is.
