Still no refund after 3 months

On 16th December 2024 I app**** to have my car licence renewed. The system picked up my registration and the cost of renewal and I was able to make payment. After nearly a month I received no feedback. When I contacted the call center I was told that there was fees in arrears on another vehicle which prevented the issuing of the licence I had paid for. After multiple emails I requested a refund. Since my request, which was 3 months ago, I've been blatantly ignored. Numerous emails go unanswered. In these trying times, one can ill-afford to flush money down the toilet.
