Step it up, please Shoprite Aliwal North!!!

I was at Shoprite Aliwal North on Friday, 30 May 2025. Jan (store manager) had 8 tills closed on a friday afternoon...peak hour!! He and Shaz (frontline controller) said that Sbu (regional manager) had imlpemented limited hours something, but it is totally unfair to us as customers, having to stand in a Q for more than an hour while watching closed tills.

Can Sbu, the regional manager please come forward and explain all this inconvenience on their poor customers?????
