STAMPS AGENT 26, NOT PAID!!!!

Good day,<br> <br> I have sold stamps throughout 2015 and have purchased over +-R50.000 worth of stamps and agents has been paid however I have not. I have called the store-***, was requested to come through with a bank statement as proof that no funds has come through and I am still awaiting feedback. I had to contact the store again only to be told that Mina still has to go through the list of agents not paid and it's 3 days later... Some of us rely on this income which might be peanuts to others. I am disappointed in the service received and always looked up to Shoprite who reaches out to not only their clients but empowers and creates opportunities for them. All I am asking is for someone to check and provide proof if payment has been made so I can query this with my bank if necessary. Is that too much to ask? Your help would really be appreciated.....
