Good day, I'm sad cause of the bad attitude I got from this shoprite, I'm their biggest customer , I buy stamps and use for my charity every month , but I'm so disappointed with the attitude I got from one of the till supervisor \Nelly""; Shocking the lady just looked at me with attitude told me to throw the stamp cause its useless it won't work; its my fault not their faul JUST LIKE THAT! Funny thing is the stamp still have the long number on it; how is it my fault the whole page it's right just 1 stamp... the kind of attitude I got I want to take this matter far; I want to show Nelly how to treat customers; I can even even take this matter to Ombudsman; such people like Nelly should be taken out of retail.I'd appreciate if I can hear from management soon before I burst.
