stamps

I would like to enquire about the shoprite policy on stamps. I live in Gauteng and i buy stamps throughout the year with an intent of using them during the holidays when i'm in the Free state. I went to the Usave store in my hometown villiers and they didn't accept them. So I would like to know if how these stamps work if you can't use them in other provinces or at shoprite Usave stores.
