Stale Frozen Chicken Pieces

Good day, my name is John Swartz, I would like to log a complaint about frozen chicken that i recently bought at Shoprite Jan De Necker Drive in Eldorado Park Soweto. My wife and I visit this center everyday to buy essentials. Over the last few weeks we have had some very bad experiences with their frozen chicken. Every time we purchase frozen chicken pieces, marinated or plain, after cooking it or roasting it, cannot be consumed because the flesh remains pink as if uncooked, it has a very bad taste as well. I went to the store last Monday 11/09/2023 to return the previous days chicken pieces that I had purchased. The store refunded my money and assured me that they would address the problem. Yesterday we went to purchase chicken pieces again and experienced the very same problem. The manager I spoke to, his name is Martin (I think). If this issue could be addressed please, I have two boys under the age of 16 years and my little 5 year old suffers from allergies badly. I do not want my kids or family to get ill from food poisoning please, this store is very close to our home and it is convenient for us to buy our daily necessities from there. We buy chicken pieces almost 3 times per week and cannot keep enduring the same issue and having to return the same product after being assured that the problem was addressed. If someone could look into the matter and resolved it please?
