Stale cake

Went to Shop rite Maitland on the 25th May ,bought a slice of cake as l really wanted one.Only to find out wen l got home that the cake was stale, felt like a scone and nothing compared to a cake.Called the shop and spoke to a lady that introduced herself as Kisha she then told me the manager said l should keep the cake and bring it,really who keeps an off cake in the house ??I insisted in speaking to the manager,she went back and told me that the manager was not in she will be available tomorrow at 12.Asked for the manager's name (Mashame).Really not happy with the service standard.Now tried calling the customer and spent 8minutes of time listening to their adverts like seriously .
