Staff not queuing while we wait long to be assisted

I went to shoprite Lulekani in phalaborwa to buy some items, there were only 2 cashiers open and the queue was very long, while we were waiting to be assisted one of the employee came with his items and went straight to the cashier to pay for his items without queuing and when I asked the cashier why the guy didn't queue she just laughed, is this how you treat your customers? Why don't you allocate an extra till for your staff if they are not supposed to queue.
