Staff not professional or friendly

I've always dreaded going to the Shoprite in my area and avoided it as much as I could. However many times I've had no choice. Upon my arrival 90% of the time there are people loitering outside of the store.

Once inside you experience loud music. So as to entertain the stuff. When reaching the pay points the employees do not greet or assist you in a friendly manner. I'm absolutely disgusted and shocked that staff (woman) are allowed to wear short skirts which I feel is highly inappropriate for a "professional" workplace.

Many employees eagerly work while their tattoos are clearly visible with no attempt to conceal it. It honestly makes me wonder how these individuals got the job.

Therefore I would not recommend the store.

According to my understanding visiting the store was supposed to be a pleasant experience but instead, it's the opposite. Where are the rules, ethics, and professional behavior?
