spoilt meat and bad customer service

On the 29th late after work I went shoprite to buy mince, wors and beef. I came back home and packaged them to my freezer bags. I smelt the funny smells on the wors, but I decided let me be sure and I put it in the freezer. The next day I decided to check if it ws really spoilt, and I cooked it. <br> <br> It was smelling horible. I decided to cook their mince instead, and it was fine. Luckly I had a receipt and decided to go today as I was off. The manager and the supervisor were so rude. They didn't even apologise for their rotten wors. He said he couldn't exchange or refund me because there was no barcode on the meat. But I told him I had the last? He said how do they know I bought there? I told him imm going to report you to hello peter because I waisted my time and money to come here for this. He told me to go ahead.<br> <br> I am now stuck with their stinking wors wich I bvoiusly cannot consume, and I just waisted my money to go there. I demand an apology and my refund back. I will buy at another store.<br> I am very disgusted.
