Spoiled Milk

Good Day

On the 25th November 2025 I bought long life milk at Shoprite Mabopane Square for R99 I think it was on Special.

The following day I opened one which it was on the 26th, normally one box last for 3days because only my son uses the milk for his cereals.

Yesterday on the 1st of December he opened the fourth box only to find that it is spoiled and smelling very bad, the boxes are kept in a cool place where we normally store them so I don't understand why would this one get to be spoiled as the expiry Date say the 19th Of July 2025.

We normally buy milk that last is for 2months as we know Long Life Milk last for a long time aslong as it's kept in a cool temperatured place and that's what we do for years and years. I'm very very very disappointed too much as this is not the first complian about the spacified Shoprite, I have experienced with Youghts last year now it's the Milk, I mean imagine if my 3year opened it himself and drank it like he normally does???

I think it's about time I report it further to National Consumer Act.
