Spoiled meats at Shoprite

Shoprite Atteridgeville Stadium needs to be looked into. My 76yrs old father always buys meat and chicken there when he gets his SASSA grant because it's the closest to his house. There is always spoiled meat in his purchases and due to his age, his sense of smell has declined. Most of the time he can't smell anything. I believe that instead of disposing of spoiled products, they mark them down and my father has fallen victim to their schemes one too many times. He bought a pack of fresh chicken on the 16th of October 2025 and when I opened it today I found that it was long rotten, if he hadn't put it in the freezer on the day of purchase, it would have developed margots that same day. Most of the time we just let it go and throw away the products because he would have thrown away the receipts already but this is too much and he's already lost a lot of money because of this. This has gone on for years and it's time to expose these people and not let them take advantage of our people any longer. The most worrisome thing is that if I wasn't the one cooking for my father, he would have gotten food poisoning long ago because he would have cooked those spoiled meats and consumed them because he can't even smell them.
