I bought a fizzy flavoured drink from Shoprite for a kid's school trip, I was in a rush and took the items and paid. Left the shop to run other errands and as I was about to leave, I realise that the fizzy drink was opened, with my slip lost, I went back to the store and my matter was handled by a very polite gentlemen who was a manager, it was sorted without any complications and I'd recommend his customer service to Shoprite South Africa.
