Sour Face Service at Shoprite Stores

I'm just so tired of the terrible service of almost any Shoprite I walk into, especially the local one near my home in Nyanga Junction. Yesterday I popped into the one in Gatesville on my way home and had another horrible time. The cashiers faces always look as if you rubbed sour food over their faces when they serve you. They have this attitude that they do youa huge favor by cashing up your shopping.

I noticed that the shop looked short-staffed, and usually I wouldn't mind packing my own groceries,but this girl's face irritated me so much and the Manager stands from afar, notices a problem,but doesnt come closer to ask what the issue is.

I will stick to buying at Pick n Pay...thank you...always polite and friendly service there.

Shoprite can show their sour faces and bad customer service to other desperate people.
