Sophiatown systems

Highly upset with Shoprite Sophiatown. This morning they make you stand in long queues, not saying upfront their card machines are offline. I asked the lady if she swipes my shoprite card of it works as I swipe 4 times a month for funeral cover, she said yes. Now on my till slip it shows that the system is offline and todays swipe does not count!!!
