Soooo annoyed and disappointed with the service

Hi,

I’ve been trying to sort out the MoneyMarket Account which when i try to register the system says my ID already exists and when they check its linked to a number I don’t know and have never used. I tried signing up because I wanted to use the voucher linked to my number and now I can’t and Checkers cannot help me. I have sent tons of emails and chats with no assistance. Even sent the details they requested to verify that I’m the owner of that ID number with no resolution and now they are asking me to register but I’ve been telling them that I can’t proceed because I can’t even reset my PIN on the app. They are saying my ID number is linked to a 065***2024 which I don’t know and I’ve never opened a MoneyMarket Account.

I would like this resolved or reverse the Voucher amount on the account back or reset or delete that account I don’t know so I sign up with my information.
