Solutions to a poor service rendered

Shoprite Kagiso is Not good with their service, there are 15 tills that are supposed to be open to the public, but only four people are working on them, cuztomers are constantly complaining about the service, but their cries go unheard, their money market is worse, there are 7 tills but only one person working there, their stuff members are rude, something needs to be done with this.
