so ****ed now

I am beyond annoyed with shop rite now!!!!! Due to the fact I had paired my Dstv there last month and it got cut off!!! I then had to repay the amount in order for it to be connected again!!!!! Incredibly ****ed off cause it became my problem due to their negligence!!!?!?!!!! So I send head office an email I get a call suprize they can't find any transaction made and for all the inconvenience n extra cash I had to pay all I got was a pathetic I'm sorry!!!! Clearly no one at shop rite values their customers!!!!!! Highly ****ed off!!!!!!! ********** 592 if any one even cares to sort my mess out!!!!!???
