so annoyed!!!!

So I went to shoprite phionix branch this morning hoping to get my Dstv sorted out. As on payment I was not issued a receipt . the admin manager first approached me and said to me after I told her the problem "yes I have heard bout before" n basically DID NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!! as if it was my fault that it was not picking up on their system... No help at all from this branch. I am a manager myself n if I had to tell my customers "sorry mam we have this problem before" what are you as the manager doing to sort it out!!!!!! Incredibly annoyed cause now I have to pay double the amount as if it was my fault!!!! I will never shop or pay any Acc at this branch again n will n telling my people about this branch...

Highly annoyed that the manager would say yes I gave heard about this problem and sorry I can't do anything about this!!! ********** 592 is my contact number if any one feels the need to actually help me with me...
