Slow cashiers and wasting time registering people for Xtra saving cards

Am writing this review with a huge disappointment, I've been observing how generally slow Shoprite Cashiers at Masingita Mall are, but today was just the worst, on top of being slow they make matters worse by registering people for Xtra Savings while other customers are waiting on a queue, that's very unacceptable.. today I had to wait for a very long time on a queue for someone to be registered for their card while I only had fewer items to purchase. I honestly believe that this shoprite in particular should train their cashiers to be faster, for starters and secondly they should have a help desk which is dedicated to register people for Xtra Savings cards, we cannot wait on long queues for people to register their cards while some of us just wanna buy and go. Please do something about this, it's really disturbing.
