Slow and poor service

I've been to shoprite setsing in qwa qwa. The service there is utterly disgusting. The queues are long and service of the staff is terrible. Had to stand for 45mins in a queue at the express till because people were using that till to pay for more than 10 items because all the other tills were closed and the cashier was busy counting money, I than went to the kiosk to pay as I only had 3 items and there were 3 ladies amongst them was a lady by the name of nstwaki, at the kiosk leaning on the counter doing nothing productive but talking amongst themselves. I ended up leaving the items as I was told by Nstwaki that she could not help me as a customer and carried with her chat.
