SIXTY60 - No SCRATCHCARD received for goods purchased over R400

I bought goods on sixty60 for over R400 and should have received a scratchcard BUT i had a wallet balance that brought the final payment just below R350.I called and spoke to customer service (Thali) and was promised a scratchcard via email. Nothing received yet. The SYSTEM is CLEARLY BADLY DESIGNED as it should have taken the TOTAL VALUE if items and NOT THE FINAL PAYMENT VALUE. Bad business analysis. Ref ***
