Sickening service

I visited Shoprite Motherwell, the service was the worst. A lady from the Money market was so rude and unfriendly, had the audacity to ask what is it that we want? Secondly she said she can't help us as the printing machine was faulty but she helped an old lady using that machine before us. The staff there is unfriendly, unkind not deserving to work with customers. The level of disrespect they have is so shocking. They forget that it is us customers that pay their salaries. Without us Shoprite will not be successful. The service is pathetic and sickening.
