Showing gratitude to a staff member

Dear madam/sir

I write this email with my heart filled with gratitude. I was at shoprite daveland this afternoon it so happened i forgot my personal belongings somewhere in the store. As i was about to pay i realised i had misplaced my personal belongings( purse with money and bank cards , cellphone, money and car keys) i then approached one of the cashiers about my situation she then directed me to the store manager, on my arrival to her i saw her holding all my belongings with her i was very happy. She then told me a staff member by the name Irwin Pieterse had found my belongings and he gave them to the manager. I really appreciate what he has done for me, he is a kind trustworthy employee. He has really brought a good image to that branch and i will shopping here. i am trully gratefully.
