shouting, causing scene in the supermarket

the security staff (strategic management) treated me very bad as i was trying to get her permission to enter the supermarket with goods from another shop even though i assured and showed her the receipt of the goods. she shouted loudly and continued to say she does not care even if I report the matter to her seniors. and what makes it worse the so called goods was a shirt(school shirt) knowing that shoprite dont sell school clothing. the security kept on telling me about her short temper. what does her temper has to do with me as a customer.
